Our workout style
M-PWR sessions are circuit-based with a strong focus on functional fitness - a style of training that mimics everyday movements to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination and stability.
To keep things exciting and effective, we mix in:
HIIT and interval training
Resistance and bodyweight workouts
Aerobic and endurance exercises
Boxing and power-based drills
All exercises are demonstrated clearly by a fully qualified instructor, who’s on hand throughout the session to guide and tailor movements to your needs. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in fitness, every session is achievable, adaptable and designed to challenge you mentally and physically.

Our sessions use a mix of bodyweight exercises and a wide range of kit, including:
Tyres, barrels and logs
Dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells
Resistance bands, plates and slam balls
Mace bells, power bags and BOSU balls
Plyometric boxes, battle ropes and boxing gloves
Dip bars and more
Different weight options are available to suit all fitness levels, with plenty of room to progress as you grow stronger.
