You acknowledge that participation in exercise involves inherent risks and dangers, including the risk of personal injury or health-related issues. You assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. You agree to waive, release and discharge M-PWR, it’s instructors and affiliates from any claims, liabilities or demands that may arise from your participation in exercise sessions, including any claims related to personal injury or loss of property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. In the event of injury, accident or illness during any session, you agree to be financially responsible for any such treatment.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider prior to participation and follow the guidance and restrictions set by them. By participating in sessions, you are confirming that you are in good health and are physically capable of doing so.

Rules and Regulations

Any participant must comply with all guidelines, including safety instructions provided by instructors. Any participant agrees to use any equipment provided by M-PWR in the manner intended. M-PWR reserves the right to refuse access to any customer in breach of any of these terms which may result in termination of their membership or forfeiting the remainder of any block sessions without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M-PWR will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the mobile applications, or from viewing, copying, or downloading any materials to or from the site. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (such as loss of data, revenue, profits, use, or other economic advantage), regardless of how they arise—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your communications and interactions with other users of mpwrtrain.co.uk, mobile applications, or services—including, but not limited to, M-PWR as well as with any other individuals you interact with because of your use of these platforms. You acknowledge that we do not verify the statements of users and make no guarantees regarding the conduct or compatibility of users, whether current or future. You agree to exercise reasonable caution in all communications and interactions, especially when meeting someone offline or in person.

Purchases and Memberships

• Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.

• Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

• You may be allowed to use the Company’s mobile application to purchase block sessions or other services. To complete such transactions, you acknowledge and agree that you must provide certain payment-related information to our third-party payment processor, ClubRight Pay and ClubRight Pay Card. This may include, without limitation, your credit or debit card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and billing address (“Payment Information”).

• By submitting your Payment Information, you expressly authorise M-PWR and/or our third-party payment processor to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and any additional charges related to the transaction. You further agree that any unpaid amounts may be charged to your provided payment method or that you may be invoiced for such amounts, as necessary.

• All purchased blocks of sessions must be used within the allotted time frame stated at the time of purchase. Any remaining sessions at the end of the allotted time frame will be forfeited without refund.

• ‘Fit for 4’ is a one-time introductory offer available for purchase for each new customer to M-PWR. The offer will not be available to returning ex members.

• Memberships commence on the effective date and continue unless cancelled in accordance with the terms here in.

• Upon signing up for monthly membership, M-PWR is authorised to take payment on a recurring basis, to be taken at the beginning of each months membership cycle.

• In the event a payment is declined, members will be unable to take part in sessions until the full outstanding balanced is cleared.

• Membership is subject to approval by M-PWR.

• Members must be at least 18 years old.

• Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change with one months notice to members.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

30-Day Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your bootcamp membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance and in accordance with your billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at vikki@mpwrtrain.co.uk or written notice.

All block session purchases and special/introductory offers are final and non-refundable.

Personal Information and Privacy

M-PWR is committed to protecting your privacy. When you use mpwrtrain.co.uk or services, we may collect certain personal information, such as your name, contact details, payment information, and activity on the site. This information is used to provide our services, improve your user experience, and communicate with you.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors or booking platforms) only as necessary to fulfil services or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

M-PWR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. In some cases, you may be required to affirmatively accept the updated Terms through the company’s mobile application.

By continuing to use mpwrtrain.co.uk after any updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and any related services.

M-PWR reserves the right to change or cancel classes, instructors, or schedules at any time, and no refund will be provided for any such changes.

Using the Site

Access to certain areas or features of mpwrtrain.co.uk may require you to register for an account by providing your name, email address, a secure password, and any other information requested on the registration page. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny account registrations at its sole discretion.

By using mpwrtrain.co.uk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 (a "Minor"), you may only use the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms for a Minor, you accept full responsibility for the Minor’s use of the Site, including any legal liability incurred.

If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Site under any circumstances.

Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login password (the “Password”), and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your Password, allow others to access your account, or take any action that might compromise the security of your account.

If your Password is lost, stolen, or you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or other security breaches related to the Site, you agree to notify M-PWR immediately.

All information you provide when creating an account or using the Site or mobile applications must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date and may review, update, or correct your account details at any time by logging in and making the necessary changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of mpwrtrain.co.uk is at your own risk. While M-PWR makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the materials provided on the mpwrtrain.co.uk are accurate and up to date, the site may occasionally contain errors, including typographical, technical, or other inaccuracies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, M-PWR does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content or materials available on the mpwrtrain.co.uk.   M-PWR assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in such materials, whether provided by the Company, its licensors, suppliers, or other users.

Contents and Promotions

From time to time, M-PWR may offer contests, sweepstakes, surveys, games, loyalty programs, or other promotional activities (collectively, “Promotions”) through the mpwrtrain.co.uk. These Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) that are separate from these Terms.

If you choose to participate in any Promotion, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable Promotion Terms and M-PWR’s Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms will control with respect to the specific Promotion.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Links to Third Party Sites

mpwrtrain.co.uk may contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Sites”), including but not limited to sites managed by third parties that facilitate the sale of Company-branded merchandise or handle class bookings on behalf of the company. These links are provided for your convenience only. If you choose to access a Third-Party Site, you do so at your own risk and will be subject to that site’s terms and privacy policy.

M-PWR does not verify, control, or make any representations regarding the content, accuracy, reliability, or quality of any Third-Party Sites or the services and activities offered through them. Unless expressly stated on the Site, M-PWR does not endorse or assume responsibility for any information, products, or services available on or through any Third-Party Site.

Additionally, certain features of mpwrtrain.co.uk may allow you to interact with or conduct transactions directly with Third-Party Sites. If applicable, you may be able to adjust your privacy settings on those platforms to control how your activity is shared. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and privacy policies of any Third-Party Site you access.

Trademarks and Contents

All content and materials available through mpwrtrain.co.uk—including, but not limited to, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, application updates, and their arrangement (collectively, the “Materials”)—are the exclusive property of M-PWR or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from modifying, editing, copying, reproducing, distributing, creating derivative works from, reverse engineering, or otherwise using or exploiting any part of the mpwrtrain.co.uk or the Materials without the prior written consent of M-PWR.

Any license or permission granted under these Terms will automatically terminate if you breach any part of them. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by M-PWR and its licensors.

Media Consent

You agree that M-PWR may take photographs or videos during the session for promotional purposes and consent to the use of your likeness in such media. Unless a specific request to be excluded from content is made via withdrawal of consent.
