M-PWR bootcamp offers outdoor based workouts utilising a variety of equipment, weights and bodyweight exercises to ensure you have a dynamic and engaging training experience. It empowers individuals of all ages and abilities to ‘Train to Live,’ adding life to your years through different workout styles, but with an emphasis on functional fitness to build strength and resilience, improving your longevity and quality of life.

Anyone who has a desire to invest in themselves now and for the future as you go through your years, and improve their fitness and strength that supports their everyday movements. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in fitness, M-PWR is designed for everyone, any age (above 16), any capability and from any starting point. The trainer is on hand throughout each session to help adapt exercises or to provide alternatives if necessary, and there are varying weights in some of the equipment to make those accessible, as well as providing the opportunity to progress as you get stronger and more capable.

Not at all. M-PWR is designed for all abilities, whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to get back into a routine. Our sessions are inclusive, supportive and adaptable to every level. We don’t expect any specific level of fitness to start, just a willingness to show up and give it a go. The workouts are circuit based and are tailored to enhance your functional strength and overall fitness. They are designed to keep you engaged and challenged, incorporating a variety of equipment, bodyweight exercises and workout styles, including cardio, resistance, HIIT and endurance training.

This is a type of training that replicates movements used in everyday life to improve your body’s ability to perform them. This in turn helps to build strength and improve mobility, balance, co-ordination and stability which supports you now and through your future years helping you to live life to the fullest.

Some of the kit you can expect to use incudes tyres, barrels, logs, plyometric boxes, dumbbells, kettlebells, mace bells, plates, resistance bands, BOSU balls, battle ropes, slam balls, power bags, boxing gloves.

We train! M-PWR bootcamp is based outside all year round, whatever the weather. This allows you to continue to reap the benefits of outdoor training whilst having the opportunity to build your mental strength and resilience when conditions are maybe a bit tougher. I can guarantee that you will leave feeling tougher and like you’ve achieved even more when you brave the elements, and you will certainly never regret a workout.

Throughout the summer months we will train on the field, but when the weather becomes wetter we will train on the hard surface and there will be ample lighting to maintain a safe environment.

Suitable workout wear like you would wear to the gym is required, including appropriate footwear. Extra layers are required for the winter months, although you’ll soon warm up, and gloves are definitely recommended for winter training at least due to the change in surface we will be training on, however you may wish to wear them throughout the year to assist in gripping some of the equipment.
